This real estate contracts class provides essential knowledge for navigating property transactions. There are many contract forms which the licensee must be familiar with and be able to competently explain to their clients. It emphasizes the legal importance of contracts, which serve as the foundation for sales, purchases, and leases. Understanding contract elements like offer, acceptance, consideration, and contingencies empowers professionals to draft clear, enforceable agreements that protect all parties involved. This knowledge reduces risks, minimizes disputes, and fosters smooth and successful real estate transactions.

This course is pending approval by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 continuing education credits.
